Group fitness instructor, personal trainer and coach.

Began my "obsession" with triathlon.

1988
Qualified for and competed in Ironman Hawaii Triathlon. Have done over 75 triathlons over the years, including Ironman Florida in 2001 & 2002.

1993-1997
Columnist for the Tribune-Review -
"The Personal Trainer"

2000
Received the "Westmoreland County Sportswoman
of the Year" Award

2002
Became a Certified USAT Triathlon Coach
from the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado

2004-present
Formed "The Sweaty Tri Girls" women's triathlon team. Most recently the name has been changed to "The Mighty Tri Girls" In 2006 we received the "Westmoreland County Sports Team of the Year Award"
